In an atmosphere with a Mexican flavor, the Grand Chamber of Commerce of El Paso celebrated its traditional ‘Day of the Dead’ 2018 Gala, at the Convention Center of the city. Led by its president David M. Jerome, hundreds of active members and special guests jubilantly participated in the festival in its 119th edition.
Under its motto ‘Connecting, Training, Defending, and Innovating for your Business’, the organization conducted a recount of the activities in an atmosphere of fun and camaraderie. With more than 1,300 members, the Chamber of Commerce maintains community leadership and vital support for regional business recognized at a national level.
Colorful costumes such as Mariachi suits, Catrinas, indigenous dresses, and even bridal gowns were the clothes used by the attendees who enjoyed an evening and fun experience.
The party started with a cocktail set by a folk group, then the dinner was offered with the presence of the Orkesta Mendoza and, finally, the night closed with a little dance and music by the well-known local band Fungi Mangle.
